The Story of Salestudia – From Entrepreneur to Marketing Agency

✦ About Us · Agency Story

My professional journey is not a story about one job title or one specialty. It is a path of gradually combining several strong qualities: systems thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to spot opportunities, work with people, build processes, and turn ideas into real, working projects.

It included different industries, different countries, different work formats, and different levels of responsibility. But that is exactly what shaped me into the person who now leads Salestudia.de — a marketing agency built not on theory, but on extensive hands-on experience in an international environment, entrepreneurship, digital, and operations management.

A broad view of the world and the ability to adapt

My development as a professional began early through an international environment, education, and discipline. At an early stage in life, I found myself in circumstances where it was not enough simply to gain knowledge — I had to adapt quickly, understand people, culture, structure, and the rules of different systems.

Studying hospitality and management in Cyprus (2003–2004) gave me an important foundation: I began to see business not just as a set of functions, but as a living system where everything is interconnected — communication, service, structure, processes, and the final result. Later, a master’s degree in international trade management in Kyiv strengthened that way of thinking even more.

The drive to see not only the task,
but the entire system around it.

Key stages of growth

Each stage added a new layer of understanding — not only of marketing, but of how business works from the inside.

Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Kyiv · 2009 — 2015

Consultant in the International Economic Relations Department. Organized international business missions, forums, and business meetings. Searched for partners, handled communication between Ukrainian and foreign companies, and supported negotiations. This is where my entrepreneurial mindset took shape — understanding how trust is built between parties and why every strong project needs the right structure and team behind it.

    Entrepreneurship — Car Rental Business Kyiv, Ukraine · 2011 — 2021

Vehicle purchasing, repair coordination, spare parts sourcing, operations management, and driver coordination. This was not a desk-based or theoretical experience — it was real work where you are responsible for the entire system. It was here that I began to think not in terms of job titles, but in terms of results.

    E-commerce — Bags, Clothing, Shoes 2017 — 2022

My own online project for domestic and international markets. Website creation and development, catalog management, setup and management of Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, email newsletters, Google Merchant Center, and analytics via Google Analytics. This was my first deep hands-on experience in digital marketing — where the result depended directly on my actions.

Canvas Printing and Wall Décor — CetArt 2018 — 2022

A full e-commerce project: website creation, catalog structure, visual product presentation, setup of Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, email campaigns, and Google Merchant Center. Analytics through Google Analytics and GA4. This is where digital stopped being theory and became a real business tool — where order volume and project growth depended directly on website quality, precise ad setup, and offer structure. This experience formed the basis of Salestudia’s key principles: the website as a sales tool, marketing as a system, and analytics as the foundation for decision-making.

CHECK24 — Junior Product Manager Frankfurt am Main, Germany · April — August 2022

Insurance products (Legal Protection Insurance). Development of new features for web, app, and back-office systems. Website QA, A/B testing, work in multinational Scrum teams, participation in key Scrum ceremonies, and workshops on new product concepts. One of Germany’s strongest digital companies gave me systematic product thinking practice — analytics, hypotheses, testing, execution precision — on top of an already formed entrepreneurial foundation.

Fixhands — Operations, Procurement, and Digital Idstein, Germany · 2024 — Present

Procurement of materials, tools, and equipment for construction and service operations. Delivery coordination, supplier communication, and management support. At the same time — creation of the company website and online marketing. An offline construction business translated into a clear and competitive digital form — and further proof of my key strength: seeing business both from the inside and from the outside.

    Shakeparty.de — Marketing Director Germany · December 2023 — Present

Marketing strategy for a multilingual children’s event agency. Service positioning, website structure, and marketing architecture for client acquisition. Promotion in digital channels, service packaging, and localized marketing for the German market. This was a step beyond a single tool — assembling the entire business into one manageable system. A point of professional maturity.

E-commerce that shaped the approach

These two e-commerce projects were not just lines on a résumé. They were real businesses where marketing, website, analytics, and sales were tested in practice every single day.

Ankobags.com — Bags, Clothing, Shoes Open website →

Online store for domestic and international markets. Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics. A full cycle: from building the website to processing orders and working with suppliers. My first deep hands-on experience in e-commerce — where results depend not on theory, but on daily decisions.

CetArt.com — Canvas Printing and Décor Open website →

A full e-commerce project with a strong focus on digital marketing. Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, email campaigns, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and GA4. This is where one thing became absolutely clear: strong results do not come from a single ad account, but from the connection of product → website → traffic → content → sale. That understanding became one of the foundations of Salestudia.

Why Salestudia was created

The launch of Salestudia.de in August 2024 was not a random decision. It became the natural result of my entire professional path — the intersection of international business, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, digital marketing, product thinking, and real work inside the German business environment.

I know too well what chaos in marketing looks like:

  • There is advertising, but no system
  • The website exists, but it does not sell
  • There is content, but it is disconnected from business goals
  • There are many contractors, but no result
  • The business owner does not understand where the budget goes
  • Digital exists separately from business logic
That is exactly why Salestudia is built differently →

Marketing as growth infrastructure

As the founder and CEO of Salestudia, I do not see marketing as a list of services, but as growth infrastructure for business. What matters is not just making something look good or launching ads, but understanding the structure of the challenge.

Where the business is now

We analyze the starting point: positioning, competitive environment, and current results

What blocks growth

We identify systemic bottlenecks — not symptoms, but root causes that limit scale

Leverage points

We define the actions with the highest ROI — the ones that deliver results fastest

One connected logic

We connect website, advertising, analytics, and offer into one measurable client acquisition system

Today I am more than just a marketer

I am a person who knows how to connect strategy and execution, digital and business logic, marketing and operational thinking, creativity and system, brand growth and practical results.

Vladyslav Yanchenko Founder and CEO · Salestudia.de

Born in Kyiv. A path through Cyprus → Ukraine → Germany. Hospitality → international trade → entrepreneurship → e-commerce → product management at CHECK24 → founding Salestudia (August 2024). Ukrainian and Russian are native, English is advanced, German is B1 (DTZ 2024). I understand business as an entrepreneur, as a PM, as a digital specialist, and as a person who has gone through full integration into the German environment. This combination is the foundation of the Salestudia approach.

Growth never happens by accident.
It is built step by step — through experience, discipline, and system.
