ShakeParty is a children’s event agency in Germany that grew from a few home celebrations three mom-friends first hosted “for their own.”

Over time, it became a reliable full-service format: turnkey programs, direct communication with entertainers, creative scripts without overload, parties tailored to each family’s interests and culture, and a multilingual approach (RU / UA / DE / EN).

The team designs celebrations for children from German, bilingual, and migrant families so every child feels comfortable and safe. For parents, it’s more than animation—it’s real support: kids are in caring hands, you can relax, enjoy your guests, and leave with warm shared memories.

At one point, it became clear that word of mouth wasn’t enough for the next step. With that goal, ShakeParty came to the digital agency SaleStudia—and we were faced with specific, practical tasks.

We analyzed audience needs: what type of celebration they’re looking for, what they expect from the service and communication, and which fears and barriers arise when booking entertainers.

We reviewed the current acquisition channels—local group chats, word of mouth, and social media—and assessed their contribution to inbound inquiries.

Following interviews with the founders and our analysis of the product, audience, and market, it became clear that ShakeParty already has a strong brand core. As part of the market review, we examined the competitive landscape of children’s event agencies in Germany, demand for multilingual formats, and how parents search for and choose entertainers online. High child engagement and emotional safety, a warm family-oriented format, multilingual service, inclusivity, and strong parental trust give the project significant growth potential.

At the same time, the marketing foundation was still not built: there was no dedicated website or cohesive branding, inquiries came in inconsistently, and the booking flow still relied heavily on the founders’ personal involvement and word of mouth. This gap between service quality and the level of digital positioning became the basis for the challenges ShakeParty brought to SaleStudia.

Мы совместно уточнили название/логику названия, закрепили смысл и ассоциации бренда, определили кому продаём, что обещаем и чем отличаемся. Затем собрали услуги и пакеты в понятную структуру: что входит, чем отличаются варианты, какие есть доп. опции и как быстро выбрать.

Разработка мерча для команды

И чтобы бренд жил не только в экране, по запросу владельца мы разработали офлайн-набор: дизайн реквизита, наружную рекламу, мерч для команды (футболки, бейджи), визитки, наклейки, планнеры и упаковку (коробки и элементы оформления).

Результат

Shake Party получил цельную бренд-систему, которая помогает продавать, упрощает работу команды и поддерживает одинаково высокий уровень впечатления в каждом контакте с клиентом.

We built a multi-functional website for ShakeParty.de with online payments and a smooth booking flow, plus a flexible travel-fee calculator that adjusts pricing based on the client’s location.

We also designed a responsive, celebration-themed UI in the brand style, structured the packages and program сценарios, connected analytics, implemented baseline SEO, and set up all required policies, a cookie banner, and Google Consent Mode to ensure compliant data collection and stable ad performance.
